Foucaultsociety.org Online
The web site www.foucaultsociety.org contains resources,
interactive community tools,
news and information
about the Foucault Society's programs
as well as links to related
websites and organizations.
The site was designed and developed by Andrew
C. Robinson, principal of acrStudio
design. Mr. Robinson is an artist and designer as well as
a member of the Board of Directors
of the Society. He also contributed his own photography
to be used on the website. acrStudio worked closely with
the Foucault Society to plan, design and implement the site.
The primary goals for the site design were to take the
recently founded Society and create an informative and engaging
online destination for anyone interested in Michel Foucault's
works as they relate to contemporary issues. The maintenance
of the site will be handled jointly by the Foucault Society
Interactive Planning Committee, volunteers and acrStudio.
Future development is planned acquire financing to expand
the content to include an international bibliography of
the works of Michel Foucault, add enhanced tools for Society
members to interact online and add bilingual content in
French and Spanish.
We hope you will enjoy surfing the site. Your comments
